Keeping myself and my clients as safe as possible, per Maine CDC guidelines: 


*New and returning clients will be asked to sign a liability release form, and asked about any exposure, travel, and possible symptoms.

*Everyone in the building must be masked at all times. I ask that everyone bathes at home before their session, and to wash their hands upon arrival (in the bathroom) before entering my office.


*My table and face rest are covered with a plastic, washable liner and are sanitized between each client. I cover them (as always) with freshly sanitized linens and blanket. 


*I schedule all appointments an hour apart to ensure plenty of time to sanitize surfaces (toilet, sink, doorknobs, bathroom door lock, chairs, tables, stair railing) between each client. 


*I use small ceramic dishes to portion out the massage oil as to not cross contaminate by using the pump bottle. 


*Luckily I have proper square footage for safe air quality, however I do keep the windows cracked for fresh air ventilation and two fans running at all times.


*I ask that if you have ANY health concerns or symptoms to please stay home and reschedule. I also ask if you have traveled or been exposed to anyone with the virus within 14 days to please stay home and reschedule.  

*If you need to cancel last minute due to exposure or ill symptoms, my cancellation policy will be waived.
